Pulseo Premium begins with a free 3-day trial, followed by recurring charges of 19.99 EUR or the localized equivalent shown at checkout every 2 weeks until canceled.
Avoiding a renewal charge
Cancel before the end of the free trial or current paid billing period to prevent the next scheduled charge. Cancellation does not normally reverse a charge that has already completed.
Refund requests
Any refund eligibility will be reviewed under the final operator policy, applicable consumer law and the payment provider rules. The final support identity and jurisdiction must be approved before production checkout is activated.
App Store purchases
If a purchase is made through Apple, the applicable App Store terms and Apple support flow govern that transaction unless a future Pulseo policy states otherwise.
